This painting has been named "The Shepherd Protects Its Seal Colony With An Uncensored Eye". It is 48" X 40" and is a continuation of my inner energy to do my part to put awareness out into the world of the reality of life. Acrylic On Canvas.
I have shown in my painting the passion to protect sea animals from inhumane practices of commercialism. I have placed the Sea Shepherd into this painting since it has the Drive to Expose to the World the Seal Slaughter with an Uncensored Eye of Observation. This Observation was blocked by the government and later the Sea Shepherd was arrested for watching the Slaughter.
I have placed the seal in the Eye of the Sea Shepherd and also on a blood red Canadian Leaf. The Ice that the seal is on is discoloured by the inhumane acts and the Canadian Leaf is spilled blood of the dead seals. This is a government issue like all of my awareness paintings. Only we can make the stand to change these practices. Expose them through Awareness its as easy as talking about it to others. Educate the Children to make a better world for all.
